Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Websink Tutoring platform, website, or any of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Websink Tutoring ("we", "us", "our") provides online 1-to-1 tutoring services to students in the United Kingdom. Our website is located at websink.online and our contact email is hello@websink.online.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
We offer two monthly subscription plans:
All payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised payments provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Your first payment is taken after your free introductory session, on the date you confirm you wish to continue. Subsequent payments are taken monthly on the same date.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change by email. Continued use of the service after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All new students are entitled to one free 1-hour introductory session with their assigned tutor before any payment is taken. No payment details are required to book the introductory session. This offer is available once per student and is not transferable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@websink.online or through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after a valid cancellation.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused sessions within a billing period unless exceptional circumstances apply (see our Refund Policy).
Sessions take place at agreed scheduled times. We ask that students:
If a student misses a session without reasonable notice (at least 24 hours), that session is forfeited. If a tutor misses a session, we will reschedule or provide a replacement tutor at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if a student or parent engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards any tutor or staff member.
All tutoring sessions are recorded automatically. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to the student, their registered parent/guardian, and authorised Websink Tutoring staff. Recordings are used for:
Recordings may be retained for up to 12 months after a subscription ends. Students and parents may request deletion of recordings at any time, subject to our legal obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You must not share your account with anyone outside your immediate family. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each subscription covers one student. If you have multiple children, a separate subscription is required for each.
All content on the Websink Tutoring website and platform — including text, design, graphics, lesson materials, and session recordings — is owned by or licensed to Websink Tutoring. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without our written permission.
Homework materials and session recordings are provided for your personal educational use only.

We take care to deliver high-quality tutoring services. However, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes, exam results, or grade improvements, as these depend on many factors beyond our control including student effort, attendance, and external circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our liability to you in connection with these services is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
