The owner wanted a property portal people actually come back to. Listings and search on one side, and on the other a social network where dealers build a following, post updates and share short video tours.
It also had to work beyond Pakistan from a single domain, with each country's currency, area units and phone formats.
The solution
Matti is a Laravel 13 platform where owners and dealers post properties (photos resized in the browser, area picker, maps) and buyers search by city, area, type, price, size and bedrooms, save searches and enquire with one tap to call or WhatsApp.
On top sits the social layer: a For You and Following feed, posts, comments, likes, shares, notifications and a full-screen reels player. Uploaded videos are converted on the server by a background ffmpeg worker. New projects with payment plans, area guides, price trends, maps, a compare tool, a dealer desk, an ads manager and paid featured promotions complete it. A native Android app uses the same back end.
