Terms of service

These terms apply to websites and services provided by WEBSINK (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Websink", "we") to you, the client.
Plans and scope
Each plan (Starter, Ultra and Premium) includes the features listed on our Pricing page at the time you order. Anything outside that list, such as extra pages beyond the plan limit, custom modules, apps or third-party integrations, is quoted separately and agreed in writing (WhatsApp counts) before we start.
Delivery
Delivery time is 7 days. The 7 days begin once we have received the content we need from you: logo, photos, text and any account access. Delays in sending content or feedback move the delivery date by the same amount.
Revisions
Each plan includes 3 revision rounds. A round is one consolidated list of changes sent together. Changes to agreed scope (new features or new sections) are not revisions and are quoted separately.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the logos, photos, text and brand names you send us. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, product information and claims on your website.
Domain and hosting
Domain and hosting are included with your plan and are set up by us. Hosting must not be used for unlawful content, spam or anything that harms the server or other users.
Third-party services
Payment gateways, SMS, WhatsApp, maps and similar services are provided by third parties under their own terms and fees. Their availability is outside our control.
Liability
We build and test every website carefully, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party hosting or services, or any particular search ranking or sales result.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
